Ingredients

  • 4 Big tomato type heart of beef
  • 100 g Walnut kernels
  • 150 g Sunflower seed
  • 1 pinch Paprika or Cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Origan
  • Some strands Parsley
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Cell
  • 1 bouquet Basil
  • 1 clove Ail
  • 2 tbsp. soup Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Cell

Instructions

  • Grout: Wash the basil leaves and dry well on paper towels. Peel the garlic clove. Blend all the ingredients in the blender and keep the coulis cool.
  • Wash the tomatoes and cut their hats (keep the peduncle). Book the hats.
  • Seed the tomatoes, keeping their juice for the stuffing.
  • Mix all the ingredients of the blender stuffing with the tomato juice.
  • Stuff the tomatoes with this preparation and cover them with their hat.
  • Serve the chilled tomatoes, with their coulis and a nice green salad.
