  • 300 g White almond paste
  • 150 g White chocolate
  • 1 Lemon bio
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 50 g Icing sugar

  • Start this lemon marzipan truffle recipe by slicing the marzipan into small pieces over a salad bowl. Split the vanilla pod in half lengthwise and scrape with a knife to recover the seeds. Wash the lemon and grated it over the salad bowl with the almond paste. Add the vanilla seeds.
