Summer fruit salad with mint and lemon
- 1 Medium melon
- 4 big Yellow peach
- 1 Citron
- 50 g Granulated sugar
- 5 cl Muscat (Beaumes-de-Venise)
- 2 strands Mint
- Peel, pit and mix peaches with lemon juice and sugar. Fragrance this muscat coulis. Pour into a salad bowl.
- Cut the flesh of the melon seeded into cubes. Add them to the salad bowl with the red berries. Mix. Shoot and refrigerate 1 h. Serve fresh, sprinkled with mint.
