Ingredients

  • 1 Medium melon
  • 4 big Yellow peach
  • 1 Citron
  • 50 g Granulated sugar
  • 5 cl Muscat (Beaumes-de-Venise)
  • 2 strands Mint

Instructions

  • Peel, pit and mix peaches with lemon juice and sugar. Fragrance this muscat coulis. Pour into a salad bowl.
  • Cut the flesh of the melon seeded into cubes. Add them to the salad bowl with the red berries. Mix. Shoot and refrigerate 1 h. Serve fresh, sprinkled with mint.
