  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 2 Red onion
  • 2 Carrot
  • 2 Lemon bio
  • 60 g Black olive
  • 20 cl Dry white wine
  • Some strands Olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Espelette pepper
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Start this recipe of Spanish rice with peppers, chicken and lemon by preheating the oven to 180 ° C (tea 6). Wash pepper, seed and cut into strips. Peel and cut the carrots into slices. Peel and detail the onions in quarters. Wash and slice the lemons.
