Rice with pesto, radish and parmesan

- 70 g Cooked whole rice
- 6 Radis
- 1 piece lemon confit
- 30 g Feta
- 1 Egg
- 30 g Parmesan
- 1 C. soup Pesto
- 1 C. soup Vinegar
- 1 C. soup Seed
- 1 brin Dill
- Salt and pepper
- Start this pesto, radish and parmesan rice recipe by warming the rice in a saucepan. Add the pesto, mix.
- Wash and cut radishes into slices. Rinse and cut the lemon peel into small cubes.
- Bring a saucepan of salted water with the vinegar to a simmer. Break the egg into a ramekin and gently pour it into the water. Cook for 3 minutes, then drain on paper towels.
- Arrange the rice in a bowl. Add radishes, feta cheese and Parmesan cheese cut into pieces, lemon, then gently put the egg. Sprinkle with seeds and dill leaves. Enjoy your meal !
