  • 600 g Beef (fillet or rump)
  • 4 c. soup Soya sauce
  • 1 C. soup Oyster sauce
  • 1 C. soup Red port
  • 2 tbsp. soup Rice vinegar
  • 1 C. soup brown sugar
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 2 cm Ginger
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 pinch chilli pepper
  • 300 g Rice
  • 1 head Broccoli
  • 2 Shallot
  • 250 g Paris mushroom
  • 50 g Cashew nut
  • Fresh coriander
  • Peanut oil
  • Salt and pepper


  • Start this beef, mushroom and cashew rice recipe by slicing the meat. Peel and chop garlic, shallot and ginger.
  • Mix all the ingredients of the marinade. Add the beef, garlic, shallot and ginger. Marinate 1 hour.
  • Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Drain. Detail the broccoli in bouquets. Immerse them for 3 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain. Cut the mushrooms into pieces.
