- 1/3 Reblochon
- 4 Burger Bread
- 4 Steak haché
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Red onion
- 1 C. soup Olive oil
- Some leaves Salad
- 2 tbsp. soup Mustard
- Wash and slice the tomato. Peel and cut the onion into slices. Wash the salad and prepare 8 beautiful leaves. Remove the rind of Reblochon and cut it into strips of about 0.5 cm.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet and cook the chopped steaks as you like for the cooking time.
- Meanwhile, toast the hamburger buns. Spread the bread with a layer of mustard, put a sheet of salad, then a slice of tomato, then the meat. Cover with slices of Reblochon, onion rings, finish with a second sheet of salad, spread the mustard hat and close the burger. Hold everything with a wooden spike.
