Ingredients

  • 350 g Noodle ramen
  • 2 whites Chicken
  • 3 Carrot
  • 300 g Edamame or fresh bean
  • 150 g Shiitaké
  • 3 Green onion
  • 1 C. soup Sesame seed
  • 2 tbsp. soup Sauce tériyaki
  • 2 tbsp. soup Soya sauce
  • 3 c. soup Grapeseed oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Start this Japanese-style ramen recipe by peeling and slicing the carrots into thin slices. Peel and chop the green onions. Clean the shiitake under a stream of cold water and dry on paper towels. Dip carrot slices in boiling salted water and cook for 15 minutes. Drain and reserve. Cook the ramen in salted boiling water for the time indicated on the package. Drain.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces. Put the oil in a large pan. Sauté chicken pieces over medium heat for 10 minutes while stirring. Add ramen, carrot slices, shiitake and edamame. Continue cooking for 5 minutes while stirring, then sprinkle with teriyaki sauce and soy sauce.
  • Lightly salt and pepper, mix, and continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Mix. Divide into six large bowls and serve immediately.
