  • 250 g Flour
  • 60 g Half-salt butter
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 sachet Chemical yeast
  • 15 cl Water
  • 6 Potato
  • 2 Onion
  • 40 g Butter
  • 3 c. soup Oil
  • 1 bouquet Chive
  • Salt and pepper

  • Prepare the dough: combine the flour, yeast and diced butter. Mix with your fingertips and add the beaten eggs and water. Knead to form a ball. Cover with stretch film and let cool for 30 minutes.
  • Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into large pieces. Dip in a pan of cold salted water, bring to the boil and cook for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and chop the onions. Return them to the pan in a drizzle of oil until they are translucent. When the potatoes are cooked, drain them and pass them to the vegetable mill. Mix the puree with the onions, add the cold butter and finely chopped chives. Mix.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (item 6). Divide the dough into 6 dough pieces, roll them out. Spread in the center of each drop a little puree, fold the sides to enclose the filling, moisten them and pinch them.
  • Brush the surface of the slippers with the egg yolk diluted in a little water. Arrange them on a plate lined with parchment paper. Bake and cook 25 to 30 minutes.
