Poached pear: the beautiful American
- 6 Perry
- 1 Citron
- 1/2 litre Pecan vanilla ice cream (Häagen-Dazs)
- 20 cl Liquid cream
- 12 Carambar
- 2 Barre Kit kat
- 60 g Sugar
- Chantilly in bomb
- With a thrifty, dig the pears to the heart from the base, then peel them leaving them whole. Lemon them and roll them in the sugar. Put them in a Pyrex dish with a squeeze of lemon and 3 tbsp. of water. Sprinkle them with the remaining sugar. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes in the microwave at full power. Let cool.
- Put the Carambar and the cream in a saucepan. Heat over low heat, turning until smooth.
- Surround each pear drained with 3 ice dumplings. Top with a little sauce. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with Kit Kat bars. Serve with remaining sauce.
