  • 6 Perry
  • 1 Citron
  • 1/2 litre Pecan vanilla ice cream (Häagen-Dazs)
  • 20 cl Liquid cream
  • 12 Carambar
  • 2 Barre Kit kat
  • 60 g Sugar
  • Chantilly in bomb


  • With a thrifty, dig the pears to the heart from the base, then peel them leaving them whole. Lemon them and roll them in the sugar. Put them in a Pyrex dish with a squeeze of lemon and 3 tbsp. of water. Sprinkle them with the remaining sugar. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes in the microwave at full power. Let cool.
