Peaches poached with verbena

- 8 Ripe yellow peach
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 bouquet Fresh verbena
- Start this peach recipe poached with verbena by boiling 1 liter of water with the sugar. Add the verbena branches. Remove from heat and let infuse 10 min.
- Rinse the peaches. Place them in the syrup and cook for 10 minutes. Then, out of the fire, let them cool completely. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. When the peaches are cold, peel them gently.
- Serve whole in a cup or mumps on a deep plate with the scented syrup.
