  • 250 g Pâte longue et fine (Cipriani gear)
  • 90 g Caviar
  • 6 c. soup Vodka
  • 2 Lemon bio
  • 6 c. soup Liquid cream
  • Salt and pepper


  • In a pan, grate the zest of 1 lemon. Add 6 tbsp. lemon juice, vodka and cream. Bring to a boil, pepper. Hold on very soft fire.
  • Cook the pasta for 2 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain, and pour them into the sauté pan. Mix. Dress in hot plates. Divide the caviar over the pasta. Serve presto.
