Pasta with vodka and caviar
- 250 g Pâte longue et fine (Cipriani gear)
- 90 g Caviar
- 6 c. soup Vodka
- 2 Lemon bio
- 6 c. soup Liquid cream
- Salt and pepper
- In a pan, grate the zest of 1 lemon. Add 6 tbsp. lemon juice, vodka and cream. Bring to a boil, pepper. Hold on very soft fire.
- Cook the pasta for 2 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain, and pour them into the sauté pan. Mix. Dress in hot plates. Divide the caviar over the pasta. Serve presto.
