Pan-fried strawberries and cherries, lime whipped cream
A delicious pan-fried recipe of strawberries and cherries, whipped cream with lime, to end the meal with seasonal fruits and a note of freshness!
- 350 g Cherry
- 250 g Strawberry
- 1 Meringue
- 20 cl Whole liquid cream
- 2 tbsp. soup Icing sugar
- 1 Organic lime
- 1 C. soup Olive oil
- Ground pepper
- Start this seared recipe of strawberries and cherries, lime whipped cream by finely grating the zest of lemon and squeezing its juice. Wash the fruits. Stir them, pit the cherries. Cut them into pieces. Put them in a salad bowl, sprinkle with olive oil, add the juice and half of the lemon zest, give 2 rounds of pepper mill. Marinate 1 hour in the fridge.
- In a bowl, mix the cream, icing sugar and remaining lemon zest. Whip the cream very cold in chantilly. Book fresh.
- Heat a nonstick skillet. Pour the fruits and make them jump 2 to 3 min. Divide them on the plates. Add a nice cream spoon on the side. Sprinkle with meringue chips.
