Mushroom and banana salad
- 400 g Raw Paris mushroom
- 1 Banana
- 1 Pressed lemon juice
- 1 C. soup Vinegar
- 3 c. soup Colza oil
- Chopped parsley
- Clean the mushrooms, cut the feet, slice in raw slices and wash with slightly vinegar water. Drain.
- Cut the banana into thin slices and lemon it.
- Prepare the seasoning with lemon juice, oil and pepper.
- Mix the mushrooms, bananas and sauce.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
