Ingredients

  • 400 g Raw Paris mushroom
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Pressed lemon juice
  • 1 C. soup Vinegar
  • 3 c. soup Colza oil
  • Pepper
  • Chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Clean the mushrooms, cut the feet, slice in raw slices and wash with slightly vinegar water. Drain.
  • Cut the banana into thin slices and lemon it.
  • Prepare the seasoning with lemon juice, oil and pepper.
  • Mix the mushrooms, bananas and sauce.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
