Melon soup, sheep and thyme
A delicious soup recipe for melon, sheep and thyme to share with your family.
- 2 Melon
- 2 tbsp. soup Olive oil
- 1 C. soup White balsamic vinegar
- 80 g Feta
- Some branches Fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper
- Start this recipe for melon, sheep and thyme soup by peeling the melons. Mix them finely with olive oil, vinegar, fresh thyme branches. Salt, pepper. Book fresh.
- Divide the soups into 4 bowls, add the feta cut into small cubes, a few sprigs of thyme and a few drops of olive oil.
