Ingredients

  • 1 kg Melon
  • 200 g Feta
  • 1 small bouquet Basil
  • 5 cl Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mix of ground peppers

Instructions

  • Detail the melon flesh in small cubes or balls. Cut the feta into small pieces. Wash the basil, dry it and remove it.
  • Mix half of the melon flesh with half of the basil, mixed peppers and olive oil.
  • Mix the melon coulis with the feta cheese and the remaining melon flesh. Book in the fridge. When serving, sprinkle with basil leaves.
