Ingredients

  • 24 large Langoustine
  • 2 Lime
  • 30 g Fresh ginger
  • 1 Chili pepper
  • 2 tbsp. soup Rum
  • 3 c. soup Olive oil
  • 2 strands Thyme
  • 1 sheet Laurier
  • Flower of salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Grate the rind of 1 lime over a deep dish. Add its juice, ginger peeled and squeezed to garlic press, crumbled pepper, rum, olive oil, thyme and bay leaf. Pepper.
  • Decorate the langoustines leaving the last ring of the tail. Split them along the back and remove the black filament. Turn them in the marinade. Book 30 min.
