Hot oysters with shallots
- 18 Oyster
- 3 Shallot
- 60 g Half-salt butter
- Open the oysters and empty their water. Turn them over for 2 hours so that they do not drop too much water during cooking.
- Preheat the grill in the oven. peel and chisel the shallots. melt them with butter for 7-8 min. they must be still a little crunchy.
- Place the oysters on the baking sheet, spread the shallots in butter in the oysters and place them under the grill. count 5 to 10 min or just the time that the shallots grill. Serve hot.
