Ingredients

  • 12 Chicken thighs
  • 1 Citron
  • 3 Oranges
  • 2 Crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 C. coffee Origan
  • 2 tbsp. soup Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

  • Squeeze the lemon and one of the oranges. Salt and pepper the juice. Add the garlic and the oregano. Emulsify with olive oil and marinate the thighs for 1 hour in this preparation.
  • Drain chicken pieces and grill 6 to 8 minutes per side on a hot barbecue. Grill the two remaining oranges cut in half.
