Grilled chicken thighs with orange
- 12 Chicken thighs
- 1 Citron
- 3 Oranges
- 2 Crushed garlic cloves
- 1 C. coffee Origan
- 2 tbsp. soup Olive oil
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Squeeze the lemon and one of the oranges. Salt and pepper the juice. Add the garlic and the oregano. Emulsify with olive oil and marinate the thighs for 1 hour in this preparation.
- Drain chicken pieces and grill 6 to 8 minutes per side on a hot barbecue. Grill the two remaining oranges cut in half.
