Granite of verbena and its colorful fruits
- 3 strands Verbena
- 4 c. coffee Lemon juice
- 150 g Caster sugar
- 1 White peach
- 1 Yellow peach
- 125 g Blend of black fruits (blueberries, blackcurrants, raspberries ...)
- Pour 50 cl of water into a saucepan. Add the sugar and bring to a boil. Cook until the sugar has melted. Add verbena and lemon juice, mix. Let infuse and cool completely off the heat.
- Remove the verbena strands, pour the mixture into an ice cream dish or into a tray. Place in the freezer and let in flakes.
- Cut the large fruits into cubes. Divide all the fruits into glasses, cover with granita.
