Ingredients
- 8 tranches Gingerbread
- 2 egg
- 15 cl Coconut milk
- 40 g Granulated sugar
- 50 g Butter
- 1 C. soup Grated coconut
- 1 C. soup Icing sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the caster sugar and the coconut milk with the fork. Pour into a deep plate.
- Spend 4 slices of gingerbread in this mixture by pricking with a fork to soak them well. Brown them for 1 to 2 minutes per side, in a frying pan, in 25 g of hot butter. Brown 4 other slices of fresh bread in the remaining butter in the same way.
- Sprinkle with coconut and icing sugar. Serve illico, accompanied by a compote of pineapple.
