Garlic scented oil
- 20 cl Olive oil
- 2 Clove garlic
- 1 Branch of rosemary
- The day before, warm slightly the olive oil. Add the unpeeled cloves of garlic, crushed with a sharp blow between the work surface and the flat of the knife blade.
- Put everything in a bowl with the rosemary branch and let marinate all night.
- The next day, brush lamb chunks with scented oil and grill them.
