Ingredients

  • 3 Duck breast
  • 2 Ripe and firm mango
  • 30 g Butter
  • Paprika
  • Espelette pepper
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare the duck breasts: cut the fat by forming braces. Season them on all sides with salt, pepper and Espelette pepper. Let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.
