Ingredients

  • 1 big or 3 small Cucumber
  • A few Onion new
  • 1 C. soup Cell
  • 1 Clove
  • 1 sheet Dried bay laurel
  • 1 C. coffee Coriander beans
  • 4 strands Dill
  • 30 cl Cider vinegar
  • 100 g White sugar

Instructions

  • Wash the cucumbers, cut the ends and slice them into thin slices. Peel the onions and cut them into quarters. Place the vegetables in a salad bowl, sprinkle with salt, mix well and let them out for 2 hours at room temperature.
  • Wash vegetables under cold water to remove excess salt. Pour them in a saucepan, add the vinegar and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add the herbs, dill and sugar. Mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Pour still warm into the previously sterilized jar. Close.
  • Keep these pickles in a cool place away from light for several months and a month in the refrigerator after opening.
