Cream Of Peas
- 2 Green onion
- 250 g Fresh shelled peas
- 10 cl Water
- 150 g Fresh cheese (St Moret ...)
- 4 Cherry stalk
- 1 C. coffee Paprika
- Wash the green onions and slice them whole, the bulb and the stem.
- Cook covered peas and onions in water for 5 minutes.
- Mix everything in the blender with the fresh cheese chervil, paprika and salt. If the pea skins are bothering you, filter the Chinese cream.
