  • 400 g Pea
  • 2 Fresh onion
  • 1 Lettuce heart
  • 40 cl Cold water
  • 20 cl Fresh liquid cream


  • Put the peas in a saucepan with the chopped fresh onions, the lettuce heart and the cold water. Salt slightly.
  • Cook for 20 minutes covered over low heat.
  • Go to the vegetable mill (fine grid).
  • Spread liquid cream.
  • After cooling, reserve in the refrigerator.
