Ingredients

  • 200 g Crabmeat
  • 1 C├ębette
  • 1 industry Celery
  • 1/2 Lemon (the juice)
  • 3 c. soup Mayonnaise
  • 1 C. coffee Mustard
  • 2 Cayenne pepper
  • Sandwich bread
  • Cresson
  • Lawyer

Instructions

  • Start this crab sandwich recipe by buying ready-made crabmeat (or cook the crab and peel it). Crush the flesh. Chop the onion, peel the celery and cut it in brunoise. In a salad bowl, mix the crab meat with the vegetables. Add the lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustard and chilli.
  • Garnish the bread with the mixture. You can optionally add avocado or a layer of watercress for a lighter version. Enjoy the cold sandwich with fries.
