Chocolate puffed rice cakes

- 150 g Caster sugar
- 150 g Dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp. soup Coconut powder
- Start this recipe of chocolate puffed rice cakes by pouring 12 cl of water and sugar into a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook the syrup to 120 ° C (use a cooking thermometer).
- Add the puffed rice, mix over low heat until the syrup coats all the grains. Dispose of the rice in tartlets and let cool.
- Melt the broken chocolate in pieces in a bain-marie or microwave. Brush the top of the patties with a spatula. Let cool and cool, then enjoy.
