Ingredients

  • 800 g Ground beef
  • 400 g Tomato pulp (canned)
  • 400 g Red bean (canned)
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Red pepper
  • 1 clove Ail
  • 1/2 bouquet Coriander
  • 3 c. soup Olive oil
  • 1 C. coffee Cumin powder
  • 150 g Thick cream
  • Cell
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Seed the peppers and chop them.
  • Heat the oil in a casserole dish, then fry the onion and garlic for a few minutes without staining. Add the ground beef and cook for 5 minutes over high heat, crushing the meat with a fork. Add the tomato pulp, chilli and spices. Salt, pepper. Mix and simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.
  • Rinse the red beans and drain them. Add them to the casserole, then continue cooking 15 to 20 minutes uncovered, to reduce the sauce.
  • Serve chili con carne hot, sprinkled with chopped coriander and cream.
