Ingredients

  • 6 whites Chicken
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp. soup Peanut oil
  • 2 cm Fresh ginger
  • 20 cl Poultry broth
  • 30 cl Coconut milk
  • 6 tranches Pineapple in canned syrup
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 C. soup Turmeric powder
  • 1 C. soup Garam Masala
  • 1 C. coffee Cumin powder
  • 300 g Salt and pepper
  • 1 head Basmati rice
  • Broccoli

Instructions

  • Start this chicken curry and rice broccoli recipe by peeling and chopping the onion, ginger and garlic. Cut the chicken breasts in half, season them.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the chicken and brown for 10 minutes, turning several times. Book. Put the mixture of herbs in its place and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Add the spices, mix 2 min on high heat. Pour the broth and the coconut milk, then put the chicken back and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the rice in salted boiling water. Detail the broccoli in florets, rinse them and cook for 10 minutes steaming.
  • Cut the pineapple slices into pieces. Add them to the casserole with the lime juice. Prolong the cooking 5 min. Serve immediately with the rice and broccoli.
