Cheese and onion quiche

- 1 Gluten free pie crust
- 2 Yellow onions
- 2 eggs
- 250 g Fresh cream
- 5 cl Milk
- 120 g Grated Comté
- 50 g Gorgonzola
- 20 g Butter
- Ground pepper
- Start preparing your cheese quiche by peeling and then slicing the onions, then sweat for 10 minutes over medium heat in a frying pan with the butter. Stir regularly.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 170 ° C (5/6 th). Garnish a tart pie dough and prick it with a fork.
- Beat the omelette eggs in a bowl, add the cream and then the milk. Add salt and pepper.
