Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. coffee For 1 liter
  • 1 stick (3 cm) Crushed cardamom seed
  • 3 grains Cinnamon
  • 2 White pepper
  • 1/4 c. coffee Clove
  • 1/2 c. coffee Fennel seed
  • 4 stars Grounded ginger
  • 4 c. coffee Star anise
  • 60 cl Black tea in bulk
  • 40 cl Water
  • Milk
  • Sugar and salt

Instructions

  • Simmer the spices in boiling water for 5 min. Add the tea, boil 10 seconds then remove from the heat for the tea to infuse.
  • In another saucepan, heat the milk with the sugar.
  • Filter the tea, add the milk. Serve very hot.
