Ingredients

  • 500 g Onion
  • 12 fillets Anchovies in oil
  • 12 Olive de Nice
  • 1 C. small soups Goats
  • 1 C. soup Tapenade
  • 4 strands Thyme
  • 1 petite String (bread)
  • 2 tbsp. soup Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Peel the onions, cut into strips. Heat the oil in a pan, add the slices of onions. Pour 2 tbsp. of water, add the thyme, mix and cook for 20 to 25 min over low heat stirring often. Let cool out of the fire.
  • Cut the anchovy fillets into pieces.
  • Toast the slices of bread, spread them lightly with tapenade. Spread onions, add anchovies and olives. Sprinkle with capers, pepper. Spend 5 minutes in a gentle oven and serve warm.
