  • 220 g Flour

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th.6).
  • Orange paste: Mix the ointment butter with the sugar. Add the eggs one by one, then pumpkin puree and orange dye. Finish by adding flour, salt and baking powder. Pour the dough into a buttered and floured cake mold. Bake about 40 minutes. When you leave the oven, let the cake cool down completely, then cut it into slices of the thickness of your cookie cutter. Cut each slice into a cookie cutter to form pumpkins.
  • White dough: Mix the ointment butter with the sugar. Add the eggs one by one, then the flour and baking powder. Mix well.
  • Pour ½ cm of white paste into the bottom of the cake tin. Put the pumpkin slices firmly together and place them inside the mold on the white dough. Cover the pumpkins with the remaining white dough. Bake 30 minutes. Cook until the whole is golden brown. Let the cake cool completely before unmolding.
  • Cover with cream cheese, sprinkle with praline and pumpkin seeds. Keep it cool until tasting.
