Ingredients
- 6 Small salad sucrine
- 3 Chicken breast
- 3 tranches Country bread
- 6 Egg
- 30 g Parmesan
- 1 Olive oil
- 1 C. coffee Salt and pepper
- 5 cl Egg
- 15 cl Strong mustard
- 1/2 Olive oil
- 1 small bouquet Liquid cream
- Lemon (the juice)
- Fresh herb (basil, parsley, dill)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Start this Caesar Salad Recipe with Herb Sauce by slicing the chicken into needles. Cook them for 10 minutes in the pan with a drizzle of oil. Salt, pepper. Cook the eggs for 6 minutes in a pan of boiling water. Refresh them and shovel them. Clear the leaves of sucrine. Toast the slices of bread and cut them into slices.
- The sauce: Break the egg into a blender. Add mustard, lemon juice, herbs and oil. Season with salt and pepper and blend until smooth. Add the cream and mix a few more seconds. Rectify the seasoning.
