  • 500 g strawberries
  • 2 lawyers
  • 2 Fresh onions
  • 500 g Burrata
  • 1/2 Citron
  • 100 g Roquette
  • 6 c. soup Sesame oil
  • Gomasio (sesame salt)
  • Pepper


  • Rinse, wipe and plant the strawberries. Mix 100 g. Pour this puree into a bowl. Mix with lemon fillet, sesame oil and 2 pinches of gomasio while whisking with a fork. Boost pepper.
  • Slice the remaining strawberries along with the avocado flesh and onions.
  • Pour a bead of strawberry vinaigrette onto a dish. Spread arugula leaves. Put the drained burrata in the center. Split it in four. Surround strawberries, avocado and fresh onions. Sprinkle the rest of strawberry vinaigrette here and there and serve.
