Amarena chocolate and cherry cake

- 50 g Dark chocolate
- 70 g Flour
- 3 Egg
- 100 g Butter
- 50 g Granulated sugar
- 30 g Pecan nuts
- 120 g Cherry amarena with juice
- Start this chocolate-cherry amarena cake recipe by preheating the oven at 180 ° C (6 °) in a rotating heat. Melt chocolate and butter in a bain-marie or microwave. Book.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar, stir in the flour and mix well, then add the melted chocolate-butter mixture. Stir in the drained amarena cherries and pecans (keep for the cake decor).
- Butter a cake tin, pour the mixture, add the reserved pecans on top and bake 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool before unmolding. Top with Amarena syrup.
